Job Description:

Rajarshi Solutions is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of proven experience in business development, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and target new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and lead generation activities.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  4. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our solutions.
  5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead-generation campaigns.
  7. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
  8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  9. Provide regular reports on sales performance and contribute to sales forecasting.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of 2-3 years in business development, preferably in the software or technology industry.
  3. Strong understanding of the software development and IT services landscape.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
  6. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  7. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and business development activities.
