Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  2. Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources efficiently, including team members, budget, and equipment.
  3. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
  4. Communication: Foster clear and effective communication among team members and stakeholders, keeping all parties informed of project progress and changes.
  5. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet high-quality standards and adhere to project specifications.
  6. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  7. Timeline Adherence: Monitor project timelines and take corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  8. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate successful project outcomes.
  9. Budget Control: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial updates to management.
  10. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency.


  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field.
  2. 2-3 years of project management experience, preferably in IT industry.
  3. Proficiency in project management software tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  4. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  6. Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  7. Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  8. PMP or CAPM certification (preferred but not required).
