Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and designers, to understand project requirements and objectives.
Design and architect scalable and maintainable software solutions using .NET technologies.
Develop and maintain robust, efficient, and high-performance code in C#.
Implement best practices for software development, including code reviews, unit testing, and documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs in existing applications.
Stay updated on the latest .NET technologies and industry trends to ensure the team remains innovative.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to ensure seamless deployment and testing of applications.
Contribute to the optimization of application performance and scalability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a .NET Developer.
Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework.
Strong knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and other related technologies.
Experience with front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Solid understanding of database design and SQL.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
