1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the website of Rajarshi Solutions ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") or engaging us for services including web development, mobile application engineering, digital marketing, and IT consultancy, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Services

All service deliverables, timelines, milestone schedules, and financial fees are governed by individual Statements of Work (SOW) or formal client proposals executed between the Client and Rajarshi Solutions. Any modifications to project scope must be formally agreed upon in writing.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise specified in a formal contract, upon receipt of final and full payment for deliverables, all customized source code, graphical assets, and digital design artifacts created specifically for the Client transfer to the Client. Rajarshi Solutions retains the right to showcase completed public work in professional portfolios and case studies.

4. Client Obligations

To ensure timely and effective project execution, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate project assets, text copy, imagery, and technical access credentials in a timely manner.
• Review deliverables and provide constructive feedback within agreed milestone review periods.
• Ensure all client-provided materials do not violate third-party copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Rajarshi Solutions or its directors, engineers, or agents be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or website, or from disruptions caused by third-party hosting, platform API deprecations, or search engine algorithm updates.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
